BodyMana Pilates Studio is Lower Hutt’s only fully equipped Boutique Pilates studio offering sessions on the Pilates Equipment and Pilates Mat. We specialise in healing clients bodies from pain and rehabbing injuries through correct and prescribed exercises.

Sarah opened BodyMana Pilates Studio in April 2017 with 15 years of International teaching experience. She has lived, worked & trained in New Zealand, Australia, UK and USA throughout her career, and has taught over 15,000 sessions

Sarah is a holistic Nutritionist who specalising is healing metabolism and Endocrine (hormonal) issues in women wanting weight loss, more energy and better sleep.
